截肢

截肢分为小截肢和大截肢。小截肢是在清除感染和坏死组织的同时，指通过对部分血管重建或肢体矫正，进行开放性的局部截肢，有限地切除部分组织。大截肢是是因无法通过血管重建、药物控制或小截肢来减轻严重疾病状态。大截肢分为低位截肢和高位截肢，低位截肢一般从膝下10公分处截肢，而高位截肢则需要从大腿根部截肢。高位截肢后患者在两年内的死亡率高越过50%，5 年内死亡率越过80%。以上生存率均为骨肉瘤，骨癌原因的截肢的生存率。正常原因（如意外事故，车祸等）导致的截肢生存率基本和正常人相同。
